Day Hike - Duckabush River

A strenuous, 10.6 mile in-and-out day hike with 2,300 ft in elevation gain. The trail ascends the river up through old-growth forests and into The Brothers Wilderness.

Meet at the Duckabush River trailhead at 8:45am. Be prepared to begin hiking by 9am. On Google Maps or Waze, search for Duckabush Trail.

Direction: At milepost 310 on US 101, turn west onto Duckabush Road. Drive 6 mi, turn right on Forest Road 2510 and continue to the Duckabush River trailhead.

Northwest Forest Pass or American the Beautiful Pass is required for parking at the trailhead. This will be an unofficial “conditioner” day hike. We will maintain a moderate to challenging pace depending on the groups collective abilities.
