An in-and-out hike alongside an Olympic National Forest river.

We will meet at the Tacoma Community Bus Transit Center, located at the corner of S 19th Street and Mildred, University Place. Meeting time will be 6:30 AM, and then we will caravan to the trailhead. Northwest Forest parking pass required. Also, a bridge toll (Narrows Bridge) will be required on the return trip.

This is a Tacoma Branch CHS series hike. Sign up is initially limited to Tacoma Branch CHS students until one week prior to trip.

This trip will also be conducted with current (at the time) Covid 19 restrictions: A Face mask/covering required, and social distancing practiced.

This is an in-forest hike and in time, alongside the Duckabush river.
