1. Be safe.

2. Have fun.

3. Learn something.

4. Make it to the top of Cleman Mountain and complete the loop.

5. Explore the flora and fauna.

My expectations for participants are as follows:

1. Stay with the group.

2. Have the necessary gear to be safe and comfortable and know how to use it.

3.  Participate in group discussions and decision-making regarding route selection.

4. Voice any concerns about trail conditions, terrain choices

5. Be at least reasonably physically fit.

5. Be open to learning.

My Style:

1. I love puns and jokes and riddles and words.

2. I am easily distracted by nature.

3. I like a good workout but I also like to have a good time.

4. I sometimes take a bit to respond because I'm mulling over my response. If I don't respond to you right away it's because I'm thinking about your question or comment.

5. I'm curious about people, so I may ask you questions about yourself.

6. I enjoy telling stories.

7. My leadership style is flexible, usually it's fairly relaxed. I'm also a big believer in servant leadership.
