Church Mountain is north of the Mt Baker Highway. The trail gains 3750' in 4.25 miles, so it's on the steep side. If it's clear on the summit, we'll have views of Shuksan, Baker, mountains to the north in BC, etc. The pace will be moderate (or possibly slow, depending on your standards). Note the meeting time (late by Mountaineers standards). I've marked it as having a "Moderate" rating, but in between "Moderate" and "Challenging" might be more accurate.
