Day Hike - Beckler Peak

We will meet at a park and ride along the way, arriving at the Beckler Peak TH by 9:15. No pass is required. 

To get to the trailhead, take Highway 2 to Skykomish. 1.9 miles after passing the ranger station, take a left turn on FR 6066 (a sign indicates this road). When you see the sign, immediately slow down and prepare to turn--the turn comes up very quickly. There is a fork 1.8 miles up FR 6066. Bear right, uphill. It will be 6.6 miles total to the trailhead.


Join me for an exploration of this lovely trail. Our pace will be roughly 2.0 (likely slower going up, faster coming down) and we will stop for beauty breaks along the way. 

While this is not a race, this should not be your first hike of the year. Participants should have recently hiked a trail of similar distance and elevation and be in good physical condition.
