Basic Snowshoe - High Lakes Loop (winter)

The "High Lakes" should provide a variation on the standard Mazama Ridge trip, taking in Lost, Reflection and multiple small lakes in the east Paradise area.

SE Renton (Grady Way) P&R at 7:30, as close to Grady Way as possible.  No sense getting to Longmire before the gate opens!

It's time to see what the conditions are in this snow-rich winter at Narada Falls and wandering around Mazama Ridge and the High Lakes. Pace will be moderate. How strenuous the trip is will depend on snow conditions, of course, and I'm hoping for enough fresh powder that we can get away from the crowds for at least part of the trip to break our own trails.
