  • Basic Alpine Climb, Strenuous 2, Technical 2
  • Challenging
  • Mileage: 6.0
  • Elevation Gain: 2,800 ft
  • Pace: moderate

TBA depending on sign up.  Either the Hairpin turn just east of Washington Pass, or Kangaroo pass.

This trip is intended for basic graduates who are active volunteers for the basic climbing program.  No students from this year on this trip please.   Leader will be scrambling Wallaby peak the day before, and we'll try to camp at Kangaroo pass, or nearby (e.g. the pond below) Saturday night.  Do try to sign up for Wallaby too, to save energy on logistics!

An experimental peak to determine if it should be scheduled more regularly as a basic climb, so no summit guarantees!
