Note: Kitsap Branch climbers and students have explicit permission to register now. Climbers from other branches may request permission beginning on May 14th. Requests received before this date will be ignored.

This will be an overnight trip to climb one or both of these lesser-known rock spires. Our primary objective is The Fin (5.4), but if time allows, we will also climb the neighboring spire, The Horn (5.5).

Day 1: Late A.M. start, meet at N. Fork Skokomish Trailhead, hike to Flapjack Lakes, set up camp

Day 2: Early A.M. start, ascend snowfield to Sawtooth Pass, climb The Fin. If time allows, climb The Horn. Return to camp, pack up and hike out. This will be a long day!

There will be a $9 fee for one night of backcountry camping in ONP. The leaders will make the reservations for the group.

Before signing up, please note that the 18th is Father's Day, and we will not be home at a reasonable hour that day. Maybe send Dad a nice inReach message from the summit?
