Esmeralda Basin Trailhead muster 5:45 am.  Boots on the trails at 6:00 am sharp.  Recommend car camp or nearby campgrounds given 2.5-ish hour driving distance from metro area.

Do not ask for permission before the registration date, unless you are a rope lead.

We will do the scramble variation, so you need to be comfortable with some unroped scrambling exposure.
