The meeting place will be determined after I know where everyone is coming from.

This should be prime larch time and so a great trip weather permitting.  The trail beyond Lake Stuart to Horseshoe Lake is reported as challenging. Participants should be comfortable with difficult terrain and route finding. Please everyone, including friends, apply for leader permission. I have a short questionnaire and want to be fair about reviewing applications in the order received. You may ask for permission before registration officially opens. Expect to share the cost of the permit and gas.
