We will run at an moderate, but steady pace throughout the day, which will make for a challenging day. Leader's permission is required to confirm your registration at the Adventure Wellness Weekend and ability to complete the loop. While previous 50k+ finishes are not required, please do not let this be your first trail run nor first run longer than last Fall's Turkey Trot --let's talk.
