A spicy rock scramble on the border between Mt Rainier National Park and the Chrystal Mountain Ski Resort. If times allows, we might scale Yakima peak on the way back to the cars.

South Renton (Grady Way) Park and Ride lot, 6:30 am. Alternatively, if you notify us in advance, we can meet you at the Safeway in Enumclaw at 7:15.
The approach is via the Pacific Crest Trail from Yakima Pass, but once we leave the trail, the going is steep and rocky.
Note on the pace: the pace will be relaxed. If you want an aerobic workout, find another leader.
