Alpine Scramble - Cowboy Mountain
Mentored lead for Ananth. Snow scramble to one of the peaks in the Stevens pass area. Students can sign up. Will extend the list if experienced scramblers sign up. We will do cowboy first and depending on the route and group's feeling we will decide if we want to go up to big chief!

Stevens Pass Ski resort. Park on the South side of Hwy 2 next to the public restroom. Be ready to go at 9.00 am. Park and Ride will be decided based on the participants. mostly Issaquah Transit Center by 7.15 AM
Snow Scramble up both the peaks. Nice glissading opportunities and also to practice ice axe skills.
I haven't done this route, so please come prepared to help in navigation. Everyone would be taking turns to kick steps and learn new skills. Basic Climbing students who have finished snow field trip can also sign up for this.
