In partnership with the Mountain Education Alliance, The Mountaineers is committed to ensuring our trainers have the technical skills to meet a national climbing standard (LEAD Standard) for Climb Leaders and top Trainers. Applicants of the MEA LEAD program will learn and review skills that go beyond what The Mountaineers teaches. This one-day clinic will provide skills in instruction as well as self and team-rescue.
