Day Hike - Green Mountain: Gold Creek Trail

A Memorial hike-climb in honor of Eric Enges, our friend and fellow Kitsap Mountaineer. Join us this Easter (12 noon) to celebrate Eric while hiking a peak he enjoyed and raise your glass and your heart to our friend on the summit of Green Mountain. Climb on Eric!

12 noon at the Green Mountain Trailhead parking lot.  A Discover Pass is required to park in the parking lot. 

This is a moderate, 5-mile loop day hike near Bremerton, with 1,000 feet of elevation gain. The trail goes through forests and meadows up to Green Mountain with views of Seattle and the Olympics.

Assistant leaders are requested to help lead smaller groups, and in case hikers are not familiar with the trail.
