Tim Carruthers

TIM CARRUTHERS is the UK-based translator for this title. He is the translator of ten climbing books including Messner's Annapurna, The Big Walls, Hermann Buhl: Climbing without Compromise, Eiger: The Vertical Arena, and Classic Dolomite Climbs. Carruthers has climbed extensively throughout Europe and the US and lives with partner Sue and dog Barney on a farm in Cumbria (UK) with a view of the fells.
