- 5–8PM: Arrive at Deception Pass Cranberry Lake Group Site sometime during this window; set up camp; no group dinner
The Explorers will spend the weekend car camping and climbing!
IMPORTANT INFO
- LAND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT: We will be recreating on the lands/waters of the Pacific Northwest Indian Tribes , Skagit and Samish, who live here and steward these lands and waters as they have since time immemorial.

CLOTHES: PACK FOR WARM CONDITIONS DURING THE DAY
- Clothes for adventuring during the day (layers)
- Clothes for at camp in the evening (slightly warmer because it’ll cool down in the evening)
- Sun Protection: sunscreen, hat, sunglasses, sun shirt, etc.
- Day pack
- Hiking Boots
- Camp Shoes (optional)
CAMPING ITEMS:
- Personal mess kit including: plate/bowl, utensils, cup
- Camp chair
- Tent (can be borrowed from the Mountaineers with advance notice)
- Sleeping bag/pad (can be borrowed from the Mountaineers with advance notice)
- Pillow (we’re car camping; might as well be comfy!)
- Toiletries (restrooms available at campsite)
- Headlamp/flashlight with extra batteries
- Face mask(s)
- Hand Sanitizer
FOOD FOR YOURSELF/FAMILY (OR GROUP MEALS):
- Breakfast: (x1)

- Dinner: (x1)
- Snacks: enough for both Saturday and Sunday
- Water: 2 liters per person per day minimum
