This trip will be approximately 3 hours

America the Beautiful Pass required.

Mt. Rainier and Mount Baker National Park have many trails that lead to premier alpine habitat with unique wildflower gardens and wildlife. Destinations are quite dependent upon snow level. We’ll give more details in July  and at the 4th Class.

We will gather at Artist Point and follow a variety of trails in this area to explore the plants and geology. We will then cross the road and do part of Wild Goose trail depending on the flowers found in the area.  We will spend about 3 hours  and likely go less than 3 miles.
