Update as of 1-31-23 If you are not in the climbing class but are training for climbing season you are welcome to join this hike. As of today we have 3 spots available.

This is a conditioning hike for the Olympia Basic Alpine climbing course. We will meet at the trailhead and weigh our packs and hikers are encouraged to time themselves. It is important to note that we will not be rushing up the mountain but more keeping a steady pace, keeping our heart rates balanced and focusing on building our endurance for the long steep hikes that will come with the climbing season.
