- Lead climbing; clipping techniques and what to avoid.
- Lead belaying; types of devices, soft catch, slack management.
- Sport Anchors; SERENE, pre vs. self equalization, quad.
- Lowering, cleaning anchors

- 4 locking carabiners
- A couple-few non-locking carabiners
- Cordellete (if this is new to you, just bring about 20ft of nylon 7mm cord)
