The mountains don’t stop for menopause, and neither should you! Join three experts in the field for a practical, empowering lecture, in person with a community of other active mature outdoor women, designed to help people navigate all stages of menopause in the mountains. This collaborative talk brings together expertise in pelvic health, sports nutrition, and mountain trekking to help you understand how menopause can affect performance, comfort, and long-term enjoyment of outdoor activity. By the end of this seminar you'll gain actionable insights from a pelvic health Doctor of Physical Therapy, an experienced nutritionist, and a globe-trotting trainer/trail guide, all focused on supporting individuals through menopause while staying active outdoors.

Introduction to Extended Backpacking
For backpackers with experience on shorter trips, this evening seminar helps to bridge the gap between weekend trips of 2-3 nights and longer trips of 5-8 nights, including how to prepare and pack gear, clothing, and food. Experienced long-trip backpackers will share their experience and show you how they pack for various long trips around the Northwest.
