Whatcom Falls after the Winter Storm of 12/21.

There was way more snow everywhere than I expected. The trails were not slippery due to the fresh powder.
This was the first sunny day after the powerful Winter storm of 12/21 had passed. I was amazed at how beautiful Whatcom Falls was on this day. The whole park was wonderland.
The DOT did great keeping up the roads. We were the 2nd SUV to arrive early in the morning. Not as many visitors drove to Whatcom Falls Park throughout the day as expected.
A few were practicing cross-country skiing. Others just happy to finally enjoy a beautiful sunny day.
We spent all day there. This was a memorable, wonderful day. Here's a shot from the afternoon:
