Unicorn Peak/South Side

For Basic Climb of June 6 we had no need for crampons or snowshoes. Snow was good for step-kicking in the morning and fine for plunge stepping/glissading in the afternoon; just a little too soft.
The moat was just starting to form and easily bypassed.
Our only company on the climb was a party of Mazamas and one solo climber.
