Day hiked to Tatoosh Lookout from Butter Creek Trailhead.

Blow downs. Short section of trail washed out at MP 3.0. Washout is dry and can be bypassed.
Started hiking at 8:00 AM in clouds and drizzle. Quickly donned rain gear as the brush was soaking wet. The trail sign to Tatoosh Lookout is facing the wrong way if coming from Butter Creek. The sun came out about 2:00 PM. Views of Rainier, Adams, Goat Rocks, Tatoosh Range. Lots of flowers. Two USFS Rangers on horseback were at the lookout. Signed the climbing register located next to the SW concrete footing. Returned to the truck about 6:30 PM.
