Silver Tip Peak/Southeast Route

Turned around. Thunder and lightning rolled in. At ~5400' we watched lightning bolts strike over by Storm Ridge. Weather from the SW seemed to be clearing, but winds brought it to the Cadet-Monte Cristo ridge: sheet lightning and horizontal bolt. The we got thunder directly above us, twice. And then sheet lightning flashed right in our group of 8 at ~5400' on the SE approach to Silvertip Pk. I called it off and we headed down.
