Sea Kayak - McNeil Island Circumnavigation

Parking meters in Steilacoom didn't work- but car was unticketed and untowed when we returned.  And that was the only minor hitch we encountered.  Otherwise it was a perfectly sunny February day.   Crossed over to McNeil Island.  Group stuck together well for safety reasons across the channel.    Circled McNeil Island then after a break for lunch crossed Eagle Island and back to Steilacoom.   Eagle Island was a great spot for a rest, with sandy beaches- definitely worth a return trip.   Mt. Rainier was out in all her glory.  And we saw an Eagle hunt a duck on the return.
