Rampart Ridge (Snoqualmie)

On June 24 we scrambled Rampart Ridge after hours, gaining 2,000’ in 4 ½ hours. Clear wide-ranging views and flowers in the upper meadows made for a scenic trip. A direct ascent up the summit rock, followed by a descent through a novel terrain of stacked ledges to the east of the summit, made for enjoyable scrambling
