Rampart Ridge & Alta Mountain

Really varied weather on this trip. 9 hours total, 3100 ft. gain, 12 miles. Lt. rain to start, cleared somewhat at summit, thunderstorms on the way out. Great group of six. Spied one Mountain Goat when in the gully from Rampart Lakes. Couldn't find later on. Long trip, but lots of varied views and sights.
