Nice cross country route with navigation practice
From Ipsut Pass go up ledges, find game/boot path, follow until below 5640'+ plateau. From there, drop to beautiful heather and lupine meadows with great views of cliffs below Tolmie, Howard, and Arthur. Traverse to base of 5200' steep terrain, across talus field, then rising traverse to 5560'+ summit looking over (and down) to Gove. Retrace back to talus if going on to Gove, as dropping to 5360' saddle with visible path cliffs out 20-30' above saddle, and attempt at descending north to the 5000' bench north of the 2 zeroes in 5400 on USGS map runs into cliff band not evident on map.
