Mount Constance/North Chute

Approach trail is as challenging as ever, with freshly downed trees throughout the first third of the trail.

Turned around due to precipitation (wintry mix) loading the chutes of Avalanche Canyon on Saturday. Went up to the entrance of Avalanche Canyon to sight see.

Conditions will be excellent after one or two melt-freeze cycles. Snow all the way in from Lake Constance will make for quick travel. through the canyon and beyond.
