Lake Washington

With ACA "suggested outline" as a point of departure, we were able to focus on many of the 'basic strokes', and on the movement patterns common to them all. The weather and the venue were favorable, and the only real distraction was an Osprey nest near the NOAA site. The students were engaged throughout the day, and we had a thorough de-brief at the nearby Restaurante Jalisco. ¡AJUA!
