Kitsap Explorers Hike - Mount Rose (winter)
A fun Explorers hike up Mt. Rose to the horse camp with a beautiful backdrop of snowflakes falling and 2-3 inches of new snow at the horse camp for lunch.

The route had fresh snow at about 2800 feet going up.
Kitsap Explorers is a small but mighty group with amazing parent chaperones and Kitsap climbing volunteers! Every outing is an adventure with memorable moments. Saturday was no exception, this time the team pushed up to 3200 ft. while catching snowflakes on their tongues!
