Started at the "middle" trailhead at 2300 ft. elevation, 3.3 miles up Forest Road 2421. We hiked under clouds and in fog at times, with no views to the north or south. Times: 1:35 up and 1 hour down with moderate/slower pace. Trail is in good condition considering it gets very little use. tfw
