Howarth Park

The bridge to the beach and lower parking lot are closed. Access to the dog park and lower beach can not be made via the park. Unofficial access can be gained by going to Harbor View park and walking down. Acess can also be gained from the east by walking along the beach from Pigeon Creek 1 or the little park by the log yard.
