Field Trip 1 - Seattle Naturalists Intro Natural World Course - Carkeek Park

We saw 48 species, starting at the Environmental Learning Center, heading down fern alley, to the orchard, and then looping back up to the lot.  Thunderstorms threatened, but we got very lucky and just received a little bit of "bird spit", a term I learned last night from a participant.  Great group of students.
