Elwha River

Beautiful Elwha Valley with the excitement of nature allowed to overwhelm a formerly developed car access recreational area. I witnessed a success… of what we are all constantly going on about… restoring fish habitat…for real… it’s the closest I’ve ever seen Washington State look like Alaska…. especially with the washed out road they “gave up fixing after the river moved and wiped out the bridge the third time.” If you go, I suggest walking through with a local telling you the story… awesome sauce…
