The route up Knapsack Pass is free of snow. Fay, Hessong, Pleasant, First Mother, and Castle also appear to be free from snow. Route from Knapsack Pass to Spray Park is obscure after the descent and have occasional snow patches. Spray Park is mostly free of snow as well. There are many thick patches of avalanche lilies within Spray Park at this time, but will be gone within two weeks. Lupine and Indian Paintbrush are also in bloom.
The scramble of Echo Rock begins from the south and wraps around the rock to the west. Loose rock is significant. Helmets are recommended.
