Field Trip #1, Wolf Tree Nature Trail at Discovery Park. (Barb Retzlaff, leader) Co-leader and all students arrived and on time, plus Chris Benedict, by e-mail request from her daughter. Chris is enrolled in the class, but accidentally(?) scheduled for Carkeek Park. A great morning: sunshine, Song Sparrow to entertain us while we gathered, fringe cups blooming all along the trail and 40 species according to our volunteer list keeper.
