Day Hike - Wallace Falls Loop

The group met at 7:45 and, on a week day, the parking lot was mostly empty.  It proved to be a good choice for a hot day because most of the elevation gain is in the first couple of miles in the shade along the river.  The views of the falls and valley were worth the climb.  We did not see any other hikers on the loop in the six miles between the middle falls and part way down the Greg Ball trail.
