The trail is certainly hikeable. It was quite muddy today. There are places where there was quite a bit of erosion exposng roots. The first bench has been removed and another has downfall on top of it.
We had a great time. It was a warm evening and very pleasant. The falls were beautiful as always. We had dinner at the top. The woodland flowers are blooming - wood violets, flowering currant, trilliums and more. We saw a Common Merganser in the river.
