Trail is in mostly good shape. There is the one steep spot on the Bullitt Gorge trail that has poor footing.
It was warm, but not too hot to hike. We got a good conditioner without overheating. The woods are beautiful here. We stopped for our sack dinner at Debbie's View. A lovely breeze came up at this point. We passed the Bullitt fireplace and Central Peak on the way down.
