Day Hike - Nisqually National Wildlife Refuge

Despite the occasional showers moving through, it was a nice walk. It did not disappoint - a lot of variety of birds to view from meadow to tree to waterfowl to eagles/hawks/falcons. It was my first time to the refuge and well worth it.

  • Road suitable for all vehicles
  • Easy level conditions.  Much of it was on wood boardwalks - despite being wet, did not seem slippery.
