Road and route are in good condition. Snow dusting starting at 5,000 ft, was about 2 inches deep in the meadow, thinning out to patches in the serpentine field and at the pass.
Larches have turned but were covered with a dusting of snow. Thick clouds obscured the view. No active snow while we were hiking. Beautiful day, just wish the clouds would have lifted.
