This date the trail was muddy in sections with running and standing water in places. There was one blow down log to cross at the kiln. There is a trail up to the kiln which can be used to hike around the blow down log. There were ~6 logs over the trail that require the hiker to go under with no problem, except for tall hikers. Towards the end of the trail. The brush is starting to obscure the trail slightly.
Arrived to an empty trailhead parking lot at 10:30AM. There is one portable toilet at the trailhead. Departed the trailhead parking lot at 2:30PM with three additional cars in the parking lot.
The weather was sunny with temperatures in the high-50s to low-60s.
