Day Hike - Grand Park (Mount Rainier

Good day, weather was not to hot so perfect. Small logs to step over, some really muddy spots and 2 small snow patches. Bear sighting reports from multiple hikers in meadow area, we missed seeing them. Wild flowers are starting, few more weeks of good weather should be amazing. Take bug spray and/or wear long sleeves /pants. Use bug spray liberally, one of our party had a net for face that worked well. Take Sunscreen, park is a open meadow. Remember to leave no trace, stay on the trail to protect the fragile flowers! Great hike!
