Trail is in great shape.
Warm and pleasant evening for a hike. Woodland Pinedrops and Foxglove along the trail. Sadly the birdhouses are disappearing from the Birdhouse trail. I hadn't seen advance warning that exit 38 would be closed eastbound. The detour was well marked. Everyone arrived at the trailhead and the evening went smoothly from there.
