Day Hike - Crystal Lakes (Mount Rainier)
A pleasant day, overcast but no rain, cool temps, solitude, and flowers blooming!

Trail clear, signage provided excellent directions. no water puddles, some bugs near Lower Crystal Lake.
Trailhead empty when we arrived, we put on our gear, and started out. We were able to follow the trail up, and the turn to the Crystal Lakes, and kept going. We paused briefly at lower Crystal Lake (large pond), then proceeded up to upper Crystal Lake. Sky overcast entire day, so no great views of surrounding peaks. Wildflowers were out and blooming, and only had a brief issue with bugs near Lower Crystal Lake. Ate lunch at upper lake, then returned back to our vehicle.
