Great views of Deception Pass and the Straits. A great early trip when the mountains are still snowed in.

Trails were in great condition with some needing a little trimming of foilage.
Started at the beach and hiked Rosario Head, Lighthouse Point and then Canoe Pass Vista. A beautiful day while it rained and thundered in the mountains and a convergence zone south of us. Crowds were small for a weekend. Observed a group doing rescue practice and training focusing on a Tyrolean traverse. Social pace. Stats were: 6 miles, 950' of eleve. and 4.5 easy hours.
