Beginner Snowshoe - Reflection
7 of us snowshoed from Paradise Lodge up to Glacier Vista, toward Panorama Point and down past Myrtle Falls. Gained approx 1,100' - a route with varying terrain and views.

Due to low snow levels at Reflection Lake, we snowshoed from Paradise up to Glacier Vista. Strong winds blew snow, creating snow drifts. Views were come and go with the changing cloud cover - but a great start to the snowshoe season! spending some time in the new Visitor Center was a nice end to the trip.
Minimal snow on road, so driving up to Paradise was without issue. Parking lot was almost empty when we started at 930am, and not even half full when we came down around 1330.
