The weather was much better than forecast, a great reward for those that stayed on the trip. We left the trail at about 3000' and headed west to the summit. A little fog and then the sun peaked out for a few moments. No snow encountered anywhere on the trail. We spent about 1/2 hour on the summit, about 5 hrs total car to car.
